The client wanted a commencement platform with A-Z customisation to personalise the experience of every graduating student. From registration to ticketing to check-in and line-up to virtual graduation, the requirements include everything needed to manage each and every aspect of a graduation ceremony in in-person, hybrid, or virtual formats.
In addition, the client also requested to add a range of distinctive features, including personalised graduation slides, name pronunciation, video hosting, and vendor integration to guest ticketing, as the aim is to deliver a professional and efficient service in one place.
